1.Product Overview

After professional quenching and high-temperature tempering heat treatment, the material achieves perfect balance of high strength, high toughness and excellent low-temperature impact resistance. 

It features high tensile strength, strong anti-fracture performance and outstanding fatigue resistance, which can withstand long-term heavy traction, frequent braking impact and continuous vibration of heavy-haul freight trains. Even in low-temperature, dusty and harsh outdoor railway environments, Grade E steel couplers maintain stable mechanical performance without deformation, cracking or fatigue damage, greatly extending the service life of wagon connection systems.

3.Structural & Performance Features

Adopting mature automatic coupling structure, the freight wagon coupler has precise locking and unlocking mechanism with high connection accuracy and small running clearance. 

The optimized structural design improves the longitudinal dynamic performance of the train, ensuring smooth and stable operation during high-speed and heavy-load transportation. 

The surface is treated with wear resistance and anti-corrosion process to reduce abrasion during frequent coupling and uncoupling.
